Administrator nie ma możliwości zidentyfikowania Ciebie, natomiast taką możliwość posiada Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

Jak większość przedsiębiorców, w swojej działalności korzystamy z pomocy innych podmiotów, co niejednokrotnie wiąże się z koniecznością przekazania danych osobowych.
W związku z powyższym, w razie potrzeby, możemy przekazać Twoje dane zewnętrznym usługodawcom.

Zewnętrzni usługodawcy, którzy biorą udział w przetwarzaniu Twoich danych osobowych to:

Tak. W związku z korzystaniem przez Administratora z Profilu Twoje dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane do USA przez Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Podstawę prawną przekazania danych osobowych do USA stanowi decyzja Komisji Europejckiej numer 10 lipca 2023 r. stwierdzającej odpowiedni stopień ochrony danych osobowych zapewniony przez tzw. “Ramy ochrony danych UE-USA” (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

10. Okres przechowywania danych osobowych

Pamiętaj, że zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa nie przetwarzamy Twoich danych osobowych „w nieskończoność”, lecz przez czas, który jest potrzebny, aby osiągnąć wyznaczony cel. Masz wpływ na to, jak długo Twoje dane są przetwarzane przez Administratora. Jeżeli wycofasz się z obserwowania Profilu – znikniesz z listy obserwujących. Możesz też edytować lub usunąć komentarz. Korespondencja prowadzona w ramach Messengera będzie dostępna dla Administratora tak długo jak jej nie usuniesz.
Ponadto Administrator będzie przetwarzać Twoje dane osobowe przez następujący okres czasu:
• Cele archiwalne i dowodowe – dane związane z celami archiwalnymi i dowodowymi będą przetwarzane do czasu skutecznego wniesienia przez Ciebie sprzeciwu lub osiągnięcia celów przetwarzania,
• Ustalenie, dochodzenie i obrona roszczeń – dane związane z roszczeniami będą przetwarzane do czasu przedawnienia roszczeń, przy czym okres przedawnienia roszczeń może się różnić w świetle obowiązujących przepisów prawa;
• Spełnienie obowiązków wynikających z RODO – dane związane z ochroną danych osobowych będą przetwarzane do czasu utraty przydatności, skutecznego wniesienia przez Ciebie sprzeciwu lub upływu okresu przedawnienia naszej odpowiedzialności jako Administratora Danych Osobowych.
• Spełnienie obowiązków wynikających z Aktu o Usługach Cyfrowych – dane związane z ochroną danych osobowych będą przetwarzane prze okres przewidziany przez właściwe przepisy prawa, w zależnośici od rodzaju podejmowanych czynności.
Administrator nie ma jednak wpływu na okres przetwarzania Twoich danych przez Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Szczegółowe informacje w tym zakresie znajdują się w regulaminach i politykach dostawcy serwisu.

11. Uprawnienia w związku z przetwarzaniem Twoich danych osobowych

Informujemy, że na podstawie RODO przysługuje Ci prawo do:

Please be advised that your data will be used by us for profiling for targeting purposes. This allows the Administrator to direct personalised advertisements to you. The Administrator is unable to identify you, but Meta Platforms Ireland Limited has this capability.

Therefore, if necessary, we may transfer your data to external service providers.

Yes. In connection with the Administrator’s use of the Profile, your personal data may be transferred to the USA by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The legal basis for the transfer of personal data to the USA is the European Commission’s decision of 10 July 2023, which confirms the adequate level of personal data protection provided by the so-called “EU-US Data Protection Framework” (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

10. Personal data retention period

Please note that in accordance with applicable law, we do not process your personal data “indefinitely”, but for the time necessary to achieve the designated purpose. You have control over how long your data is processed by the Administrator. If you unsubscribe from the Profile, you will disappear from the list of followers. You can also edit or delete a comment. Correspondence conducted via Messenger will be available to the Administrator as long as you do not delete it.
In addition, the Administrator will process your personal data for the following period of time:
• Archival and evidentiary purposes – data related to archival and evidentiary purposes will be processed until you effectively object or the purposes of processing are achieved,
• Establishing, pursuing and defending claims – data related to claims will be processed until the claims expire, whereby the limitation period for claims may vary in light of applicable law;
• Fulfilment of obligations under the GDPR – data related to personal data protection will be processed until it is no longer useful, until you effectively object or until the expiry of the limitation period for our liability as a Personal Data Controller.
• Fulfilment of obligations under the Digital Services Act – data related to personal data protection will be processed for the period provided for by applicable law, depending on the type of activities undertaken.
However, the Controller has no influence on the period of processing of your data by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Detailed information in this regard can be found in the terms and policies of the service provider at .
