Our bakery snacks project was created in response to the global “Snackification” and “Grab & Go” trends, offering products perfectly tailored to the expectations of the modern consumer: convenient, diverse, and full of global flavor inspirations.
Food Pairing – what is it really?
We invited Grzegorz Łapanowski—a chef, Food Pairing expert, and culinary visionary—to participate and collaborate in this project. Food Pairing is the art of combining flavors, aromas, textures, and colors in a way that creates a harmonious and surprising composition. This scientific approach allows us to predict which flavors will harmonize perfectly and create exceptional experiences for the palate.
Combining Grzegorz Łapanowski’s culinary experience and Food Pairing expertise with the expert knowledge of bakery technologists from Credin allowed for full control over the entire snack creation process—from recipe development to the final bake.
As a result, flavors that are well-thought-out, surprising, and unforgettable were created. In this project, Food Pairing has become a practical tool that opens up new possibilities in the world of bakery creations.
